After the first 20 minutes it looked like we had this in the bag. Its seems someone then turned the switch off.
I hard fought contest at Tadley. A few thing to take away from the game are, 1 never judge a side by the scoreline the last time you played them, 2 try not to upset the Ref, 3 Never switch off.
One for the manager is make sure the Ref knows is only 25 minutes each way and not 35.
It did feel a few times in the second half that we were playing against 16.
The confusion at the end was the Ref called the score a draw at 27 each, Tadley thought they had Won on the "First Try Rule"
The ref had unfortunately omitted to mark his card correctly with one of our two conversions, hence the 27-29 score.
Half an hour lesson this Sunday on the re-starts wouldn't go a miss.
Hopefully put this one down as a bad day at the office.
But a win is a win, but only just.
