Following a week off RAMS 1st XV travel to Dings Crusaders for their return fixture. Dings are an experienced club, having previously been in National 1. The game will be played on Artificial Grass Pitch. Dings currently lie in 11th place but, like all the teams in the league, should never be underestimated. At the first encounter this season the final score was 33-15 to Rams.

Directions to Dings Crusaders, Shaftesbury Park, Frenchay, Bristol South, Gloucestershire BS16 1LG:

1. Leave the M4 at Junction 19 and keep in the left-hand lane on to the M32.
2. The left-hand lane will take you off the M32 at Junction 1 onto the A4174 signposted Kingswood, Filton, Ring Road
3. At the bottom of the slip road take the first exit onto A4174 signposted Ring Road, Kingswood, Frenchay but get into the middle lane.
4. Move into the right-hand lane and take the filter lane before the traffic lights (about 250m on from slip road).
5. Turn right on to B4058 - Bristol Road.
6. Continue on for approx. half-a-mile until you get to the tall brick tower on the left. Dings ground is opposite the tower on the right.
