Notice is given of an Extraordinary General Meeting of Redingensians Rugby Football Club Ltd. to be held at the Clubhouse on Tuesday 28 November 2017 at 7.00pm for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, to approve the following resolution:

RESOLUTION
that the financial statements of the Club’s affairs and the auditors’ report on such statements for the financial year ended 30 April 2017 placed before the meeting are approved.

Every voting member is entitled to request and receive a copy of the financial statements and auditors’ report. To receive a copy, please email cath@ramsrugby.com.
