Worst rugby memory: The first time we played at Lydney – we got absolutely pumped.

We had a red card early on and we got destroyed. The scrum went to pot and it was a bad day all round.

One rule change you'd make in rugby: At the line-out I don’t like the fact if you hold on they can come round the side – I think it’s a silly rule they brought in a couple of seasons ago.

Best thing about Rams RFC: The atmosphere and the lads in general – the people make it a great club.
