OUTGOING Colt Theo Pett-Ridge was named the Hutchinson Frost Memorial Award for Young Clubman of the Year winner at Rams’ recent end-of-season Awards Ball.
The talented full-back was part of the side which reached a first National Cup semi-final in more than a decade, scoring in the wins against Marlow and Marlborough as well as producing a terrific performance in the last 32 win against Old Patesians.
Theo also chipped in with four tries, against Newbury, Reading Abbey, Marlow and Maidenhead as the Colts claimed the OBB Division One title unbeaten.
Having joined the club as an Under Six, Theo has also contributed as an assistant referee and a waiter at first-team pre-match lunches, drawing praise for his efforts when his dad Mark was presented with the trophy by former Premiership official Ash Rowden - the winner reaching the semi-finals of a Tag tournament in Coventry on the day!
*Congratulations Theo and we look forward to seeing your journey continue in senior rugby!
