SECOND ANNUAL MEMBERS MEETING OF RAMS RFC LTD - 24 July 2024 at 8.00pm

The Club’s constitution provides for a members’ meeting to be held annually. Its main purpose is to oversee the election of the Member Elected Director to join the Board for Directors for a two-year period.
The meeting, whilst not a formal AGM, provides the opportunity for members to be updated on developments at the Club and plans for the future.
This year there is no election as Shaun Sheppard is completing the first year of his two-year term as Member Elected Director.
The business of the meeting will include a presentation by Shaun giving his feedback to members.
In addition, there will be presentations covering matters such as the Club’s Centenary, the Club’s facilities, Rams Charitable Foundation, Rams Academy, Youth coaching, as well as an update on relocation and a preview of the 2024-25 season.

The meeting also provides an opportunity for members to raise questions of the officers. If you have a question or matter you wish to raise, please email the Hon Secretary at secretary@ramsrugby.com by 5pm on Monday 22 July with your question, so answers can be prepared.

The Club bar will be open before the meeting.
