Apologies for taking a week longer to get the results of the ballot out for the Autumn Internationals - the International Ticket Secretary unfortunately succumbed to his first bout COVID-19 which knocked him for six!

I am pleased to announce that members named below have been successful in the ballots. These allocations require final confirmation around member eligibility and this will reviewed with the Membership Secretary in due course. 209 tickets have been allocated to members via this initial process from the 292 tickets that were initially applied for.

The members named below has been allocated the exact number of tickets at the price category they requested for the Argentina and Japan fixtures. A ballot was run for the New Zealand and South Africa fixtures and a pair of tickets has been initially allocated for these matches. We were unable to obtain child tickets for the New Zealand and South Africa fixtures in our initial allocation but I am hopeful that this may still be possible as further tickets become available. I have done my best to allocate tickets as close to the ticket category applied for as possible.

The right to purchase these tickets remains subject to the member having settling next season’s membership dues and these match tickets being paid for in line with deadline (extended to 8 July 2022). Both of these conditions will be confirmed with the Membership Secretary before tickets are transferred. Where a member has applied for tickets for matches they are obligated to take their allocation. This is important and disciplinary action may be taken against those that renege on their initial application.

Members will be emailed this week with payment details to secure their tickets. Payment must be paid prior to the deadline or the balloted tickets will be reallocated to other members.

As a reminder, tickets for England’s home matches at Twickenham are all electronic and will be transferred to the ticketholder via the Twickenham Stadium app. Details of this are included in the application memo.

Congratulations to those of you successful in the ballot. There is the likelihood that further tickets will become available over the summer as other Clubs return some of their allocation. Should we be able to access any of these, priority will be given to those that have applied and been unsuccessful in the ballot.

I would be grateful if you can remain patient with Janette and I over the coming weeks as we collect the monies and transfer the tickets. The effort required to run this process over multiple series has become significant as we seek to make it more inclusive across our Club. Please remember we are volunteers who have day jobs and lives to live too. This is not a concierge service but we do our utmost to satisfy our members and sponsors.

We are pleased how the e-ticketing process is going at Rams. It allows for a more efficient transfer of tickets and also allows us to monitor where the specific tickets allocated to our club end up. This ensures that we comply with the RFU guidelines around 'touting' and members are reminded of their obligations in this regard.
