Seb Reynolds started as a seven-year-old mini – and is now Rams head coach.
He was part of a squad which won back-to-back promotions with the club.
Before that he had a season playing club rugby in New Zealand.
As a six foot plus centre he holds fourth spot on the all-time try list with 84 touchdowns.
In the Rome International Sevens, he scored our early try against New Zealand.
Seb has worked his way through the coaching hierarchy and is now in charge of the Rams first-team, taking over from his mentor Mike Tewkesbury
