Last Sunday we entered the London Wasps Brita Cup for the first time with three U8 and one U7 squads.
We all enjoyed a great day. Both the organisation and the format made it enjoyable and challenging to the end.
We scored plenty of tries to a point that the Titans qualified through to the cup section on the number of tries scored as important we didn't rely on one or two players, most scored during the day.
The U8 worked as unit and were rewarded with 7 tag turnovers, which enabled them to gain control of their matches.
The support play was constant with the catch and running outwitting defences.
Even The U8 Rebels came together and got to the final of the plate and went home with big smiles and a medal.
As usual the U7 showed their usual will to play and compete all day.
After the last match we made our way to watch Wasp v Leicester tigers at Adams Park.
A great day, a great festival definitely something to look forward to next season as well as the U8 getting to play at Adams Park in March at half time of the game Wasps v Saracens.
Many thanks to the coaches and parents on the day as well as all the players.
