1924 – Gibson and Poutney crossed the whitewash for Old Redingensians, and with the latter adding a conversion, the hosts edged out Newbury Grammar School 8-6.
1930 – More success for ORs as they overcame visitors Swindon 11-3.
Although the Wiltshire side started strongly, they were eventually worn down.
CS Brown forcing his way over from five yards out for the only points of the first half, and after the break, Foster and WT Saunders added further touchdowns as Huggins added a conversion.
Swindon grabbed a late consolation in the closing minutes.
1947 – A Sizer try and Barnes penalty earned a 6-6 draw at London School of Economics.
1952 – All three Gensians sides lost to Reading University, with the 1st XV going down 6-3 at Elmhurst Road.
The students’ weight advantage in the pack was cancelled out by ORs speed, but to no avail as a Mike Salmon penalty was all the reward they achieved.
1958 – An 8-0 reverse at home to London Welsh Druids.
1969 – Tries from John Coutts and Bob Ballingall, supplemented by a Tom Bucknell conversion, secured an 8-3 win for Gensians at Abbey.
1975 – In a scrappy derby encounter at Lily Hill Park, Redingensians scraped past Bracknell 6-4 thanks to a late Paul Carroll try, converted by Mike Bossart.
It was 0-0 at the break after both sides seemed unable to shake off the effects of the previous weekend’s County Cup ties.
But the visitors fought back after they had been caught napping at a quick tap penalty which had given Bracknell the lead.
1980 – Gensians were lucky to get away with just a 13-6 defeat at home to Bracknell, whose pack dominated the game.
Trailing 10-0, the hosts only made some impact in the closing stages when good work by Lester Hinds set-up a try for acting skipper Mark Simmons, converted by Chris Vaal.
1986 – Gensians managed a 7-4 home victory against Bracknell in a match which never reached the heights.
Mark Stevens and Joe Bell combined to put Mike Holt over for an early score and Martin Radford’s penalty made it 7-0 at the half-time whistle.
Adrian Dixon replied with a try for the Lily Hill men, but it wasn’t enough.
1997 – Rams cruised to a seven-try 43-3 rout of visitors Calne.
Greg Frost led the way with a hat-trick and a conversion, while Nick Flynn bagged a brace and Ian Angell and Mick Bell also crossed the whitewash.
Beale added a trio of conversions to complete the scoring.
2008 – Seb Reynolds touched down twice and Jez Flynn and Spike Chandler also went over, but Rams were beaten 40-24 at home by Clifton.
Chandler converted two of the scores.
2014 – James Brooks booted Rams to the top of the National Three South West table with an immaculate display of kicking at Old Redcliffians, landing nine out of nine attempts including several from wide out in a runaway 51-15 victory.
He settled his side with three penalties in the first 16 minutes before tries from skipper Andy Amor and Ben Henderson made it 23-8 at the break.
Further scores from Jamie Guttridge (2), Joe Duffelen and a penalty try gave Brooks the chance to take his points tally to 21.
