PEERLESS Paddy Harris was chosen by front row colleague Max Hayman as Rams’ Captain’s Player of the Season at Saturday night’s end-of-season ball.
The prop, who has enjoyed a sensational rise through the ranks since joining as a third-team player at the start of 2023, completed a full house of appearances at National One this term – one of only two alongside Zach Clow.
Former Thatcham junior Paddy showed his versatility throughout the campaign as he featured in all three front row positions, his defensive work-rate also outstanding throughout, and was recognised for his superb efforts.
With 26 caps this term the unsung ex-Cambridge University ace is now up to 44 for the club, with a half century on the horizon when action resumes next season.
