TITLE - Rams player trials for Scotland U16s this weekend
Earlier this week the Scottish Rugby Union announced the 45 players that have been selected to trial for places in the Scotland U16 squad to play in next month's Wellington International Festival.
Rams player, Liam Cook, who has been with the Club as a Mini & Junior since U8s, and has been a member of the London Wasps Academy for the last two seasons, qualifies for Scotland via his father Graeme. Liam has been involved in the SRU-led Scottish Exiles Pathway programme and was selected for trial following Development Camps in Leeds & Sheffield earlier this year.
Liam is hoping to follow in the footsteps of other Rams Juniors, Elliot Cox & John Williams, who have represented England and Wales at U16 Age Grade in recent seasons.
The Club would like to wish Liam all this best for this weekend's trial in Glasgow. The full press release is below.
