CALUM Scott’s outstanding impact from the bench in Rams’ come-from-behind 21-17 victory at Rosslyn Park has seen the 20-year-old named National One Player of the Week.
The former London Irishman, who joined in the summer, produced an eye-catching display after coming on in the unfamiliar position of open-side flanker.
However, the ex-Pangbourne College man’s strong carrying and blistering pace – an astonishing burst down the left setting-up Zach Clow’s try – helped turn the tide before the visitors snatched victory with a Max Hayman score with the final-play of a riveting game.
