We have a large mixed ability squad with the emphasis on having fun and playing rugby in a safe and friendly environment.

We have a committed coaching team all holding an RFU coaching licence. Four coaches hold RFU level 1 or 2, all coaches have completed the Rugby Ready course, with five holding an RFU recognised sports first aid qualification and two with Ref qualifications, you can follow what the squad have been up to over the season on the Team News Section.
All our squad coaching staff are also assessed by our Senior coaching Team and our DoR and are fully committed to our clubs own "Coach Accreditation" programme.

If you are in Year 8 at school and interested in trying rugby you are more than welcome.
No upfront commitment required, why not come and try a few sessions with us and see what you think.

Training takes place on Wednesdays from September to April. 6:45-8:30pm , with games taking place on Sundays.
