Summary: Although his first points came in a narrow 28-24 defeat to Henley on the opening day of the 2017/18 season, Tom went onto enjoy a productive campaign which ended with him finishing as top point-scorer with 115 as Rams achieved a best-ever third-place finish in National Two South.

Highlights included 10-point hauls against London Irish Wild Geese (44-16), Tonbridge Juddian (47-24), Broadstreet (47-19) and Canterbury (40-15), the latter coming during a five-match winning run at the turn of the year.

Having bisected the uprights 54 times during the season, Tom slotted another 13 during the title-winning campaign and picked up his first National One points with a penalty in the 31-18 defeat to Blackheath last February.
