OUTGOING President Ian Duncan received further thanks for his sterling service when presented with a special gold-trimmed Honours Cap at the recent centenary dinner.
The former hooker is due to step down at the Annual Members’ Meeting on Wednesday, July 24 following a sensational run of 33 years in the role.
During that time he has travelled the country from Plymouth to Darlington and everywhere in between as a wonderful ambassador for Rams.
He has been involved at Old Bath Road for more than five decades – receiving his first Honours Cap at the end of the 1976/77 campaign – and becomes the first person to be presented with the gold trimmed version.
*Congratulations Ian – we look forward to still seeing you around OBR!
