Summary:
The first of Ollie’s 17 Rams’ tries came back in September 2002, as he crossed in a 27-16 home win against Bournemouth, and he doubled his tally later in the season at Westbury.
By the end of the 2004/05 season he had expanded his tally to eight, and it was in the following Southern Counties North title-winning campaign that he scored a brilliant hat-trick against Beaconsfield in a 23-12 home win.
Ollie’s next try came some two-and-three-quarter years later in a 55-7 drubbing of Oxford Harlequins, and like London buses, he then grabbed a brace the following week in a hard-fought 24-19 success at Exmouth.
Having dotted down in a 38-10 triumph at Maidenhead in November 2009, there was another long wait before Ollie dotted down against Bracknell to seal an 18-12 success almost four years later, a game which also doubled up as the Berkshire Cup final.
He went onto score against Old Reds (31-11 home win) and at Avonmouth Old Boys (27-5) as Rams secured their highest ever league finish with a runners-up effort in National Three South West in 2013/14.
