On loan from London Irish, Jacob enjoyed a productive 2016/17 season, racking up an impressive 215 points as Rams finished sixth in National Two South – their best finish up that point.
The Forest School alumni landed a conversion and penalty on debut as Rams lost 39-22 at home to Taunton, but was on target five times the following week in a 28-13 success at London Irish Wild Geese.
His top personal points haul of 19 came in a 41-22 success against Cinderford, and he also nailed six kicks the week after in a 22-5 triumph at Old Elthamians.
He was also on target six times in the 43-21 victory at home to Exmouth, while his last appearance came in the final-day 33-32 reverse at Taunton.
Overall, Jacob scored 215 points - among the top five in the club's history per season.
