Cambridge 32-36 Rams (September 7, 2019)
Rams’ maiden National One fixture proved an absolute humdinger as they eventually ran out bonus-point winners at Cambridge, albeit the home side also picked up two points from the fixture.
A Ben Penfold penalty put the hosts in front on three minutes, but Rams responded immediately as Andrew Denham went over for his side’s first try.
Joe Tarrant crossed the whitewash to put Cambridge 8-5 up, but Alex Seers converted tries from Ellis Jones and Henry Bird to give Rams an 11-point lead and after Penfold and Seers exchanged penalties, the visitors went into the break 22-11 ahead.
A second Denham try, again improved by Seers, was countered by an Alex Rayment effort, but when Bird also completed his double and Seers landed the kick, the game appeared over with Rams 36-18 to the good.
However, Cambridge would not go down quietly and forced a dramatic finale with converted tries courtesy of Rayment and James Martin, but Denham collected the final restart and his team got the ball out of play to seal victory for Rams.

Rams 47-21 Bury St Edmunds (September 29, 2018)
The hosts rebounded from their defeat at Old Albanian the week before by running in seven tries in an entertaining victory.
Bury took a fifth-minute lead when Nicholas Perez converted an Alex Stanley try, but Rams hit back through Tom Humberstone and Joe Duffelen, only for Stanley’s second just before the half-hour mark being added to make it 14-12.
Seers knocked over a conversion of Ben Henderson’s try to put his side 19-14 up at the break, and they put the game to bed with a dominant second half showing where Jak Rossiter bagged a brace and Andrew Denham also crossed, along with a penalty try.
With Seers on target with the boot, they led 47-14 before Bury grabbed a late consolation as Connor Adams improved a Mark Kohler try.

Rams 55-13 Avonmouth Old Boys (December 12, 2013)
Promotion-chasing Rams made it eight wins in a row with a dominant eight-try victory against their ill-disciplined visitors.
It was the away side who took the lead, though, Joe Wearne with a penalty, only for Rams to lead 20-3 by the break thanks to tries from Olly Poole, Joe Duffelen and Tom Bryson, added to by a James Brooks conversion and penalty.
With Avonmouth prop Martin Hawkes in the sin-bin, Brooks smashed his way over and converted to seal the bonus-point, before the away side also had Charlie Reynolds yellow carded.
Bryson went over for his second before the Old Boys grabbed a try against the run of play, Jordan Broadley with the honours to cut the gap to 34-8.
Andy Bryans converted Poole’s second and things got even worse for the visitors when No. 8 Dan Lee was sent off for punching,
Replacement wing Roy Wilkinson grabbed his side’s seventh try before Gary Collier’s consolation, only for Rams to bring up their half-century when Duffelen weaved his way under the posts for Bryans to add another two points.
