As we look back to finally returning to the field of play against our neighbours and National One rivals Chinnor, we will take a look back over some classic encounters before May 22.
9) Chinnor 8-6 Rams (December 2009)
A remarkable effort from the Chinnor volunteers helped clear a snow-laden pitch and ensure a pre-Christmas cracker, albeit low-scoring, was served up as a late Chinnor score sealed the bragging rights.
A James Cathcart penalty on the quarter-of-an-hour mark gave the home side the lead, only for one from Sid Matthews to level matter shortly afterwards.
Just before half-time it looked as though Craig Clements could put Rams in front, only for a wonderful cover tackle from Sam Stoop to knock the ball from his grasp.
A battle royale continued among the forwards in the second period, albeit Rams were generally the dominant side in attack.
They eventually took the lead through another Matthews penalty on 73 minutes, but the home side struck back and moved in front courtesy of a Ben Farr try in the corner three minutes from time.
There was still room for more drama, and Matthews had one final shot at glory at the death, but his penalty attempt drifted wide and Chinnor celebrated.
