Summary:

Flying full back Jevon Marsh first made an impact early in the 2007/08 season, grabbing three tries in five games as he dotted down against St Ives (21-11), Weston-super-Mare (16-27) and Old Patesians (23-19), and went onto show his fondness for playing WSM when he bagged a brace in the 24-18 home win.

Having added scores against Oxford Harlequins (55-7) and Chippenham (56-18) the following campaign, Jevon took a season out before returning in stunning fashion in 2010/11.

Having scored in the 3-25 loss at Bridgwater & Albion, he followed up with a magnificent hat-trick in the 40-19 home win against Cheltenham, and took his tally to seven in eight games with further efforts against Cleve (46-17), Coney Hill (25-11) and Hartpury College (19-36).

Jevon took his tally to nine before Christmas with scores against Oxford Harlequins (24-22) and Bridgwater (37-24), moving into double figures with a brace against Coney Hill (38-14) in the New Year.

He was on the scoresheet for the next two weeks as well against Exmouth (28-7) and Hartpury (15-30), and made it five in five during another hot streak when he dotted down against Barnstaple (25-8) a fortnight later.

And Jev’s good form continued as the season went on, crossing against Quins (42-17), WSM (27-23) and Barnstaple (48-34) to top the try standings with an impressive 17 as Rams ended in fifth position.

He crossed in the second game of the new season as Rams were edged out 12-5 at Chinnor, a score which kick-started a sublime run.

He backed it up with another try against Old Patesians (45-15), bagged a brilliant four at Weston-super-Mare (52-23), crossed in the 33-10 win at Quins, sealed a double against Exmouth (31-23) and made it 10 in six games when he scored against Amersham & Chiltern (56-5).

An injury put him out for a couple of months, but he had time to bag a brace at Newbury (55-5) to take his career tally to an excellent 36 by the end of a campaign in which Rams grabbed third.
