As we look back to finally returning to the field of play against our neighbours and National One rivals Chinnor, we will take a look back over some classic encounters before May 22.

4) Rams 17-16 Chinnor (January, 2011)

Rams recorded a fourth consecutive National Three South West success with a narrow home success.

Spike Chandler’s boot came to the fore as he landed four penalties, while Azza Hopkins scored Rams’ only try of the afternoon.

All of Chinnor’s points came in the second half – Huw Thomas with a brace of tries and Matt Goode with two penalties – but it was the boys in blue who held on for a fine victory.
